Inspired by a commitment to support his son’s mental health, Marc Fussell, an IT executive with over two and a half decades of experience founded the nonprofit, “Take 2 Minutes” in 2017. “Take 2 Minutes” is a revolutionary tech platform and app based on the principles of positive psychology, and it provides users with a suite of tools to promote mental wellness. By using the tools consistently for only 2 minutes a day users have been able to realize remarkable improvements in their overall wellbeing.
Marc has a BS in Information Systems from Southern Illinois University and before starting “Take 2 Minutes”, he held significant roles in technology at several leading companies, including, as the Vice President of Technical Architecture at Citi, President, at Razorball.Net, and the Senior Vice President for Technology at American Support. He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at the Armstrong Company. Marc is here today to tell us about “Take 2 Minutes”.
