Yet, more that 13 million children in the United States live in poverty, and are ultimately unprepared and unable to thrive. Anne Williams-Isom, mother to three incredible children, is the CEO of Harlem Children’s Zone, an organization rooted in Central Harlem going back to the 1970s.
