Before the COVID-19 pandemic, she worked as a public health advocate in the South Bronx and launched her popular Instagram account, “Advice I Give My Friends,” offering evidence-based guidance to families. Her book “Advanced Parenting” is based on her experiences, helping parents navigate healthcare and education systems. Dr. Fradin’s expertise has been featured in media outlets like the New York Times, Bloomberg, Forbes, and more. She’s a Harvard and Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons graduate, and her latest book is making waves in parenting discussions.
