Rebecca Chandler Leege is a mother and the Chief Impact Officer at Worldreader, a US based global technology non-profit that expands vulnerable children’s access to books.
Worldreader was born out of the belief that inexpensive technology and local content could help millions of children learn to read and ultimately create a better future for themselves. Since 2010, the company and its partners have distributed over 58 million digital books in 52 languages, to children and young adults in 100 countries. Rebecca has more than 20 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of growing innovative organizations through creative collaborations, cross-sector partnerships, and strategic vision.
